Singaporean singer-songwriter Stefanie Sun was reported to have fainted after concluding a concert in Chongqing, China.
According to Sina, the singer, who had told her fans about her flu on 11 June, reportedly did not recover despite resting for two weeks. Furthermore, she had continued on with her concert at the Chongqing Olympic Sports Centre, in China even though she has not fully recovered.
The singer was able to perform more than thirty songs on stage, some of them which required dance routines, for three hours, in front of 50,000 concert-goers.
Stephanie had put her best effort at the concert and as soon as the show was over, she fainted. She was then placed on a wheelchair by a working crew and was sent to the hospital.
But true to her professionalism, the mother of one was still able to interact with her fans on her micro-blog after the incident, writing, "Chongqing, I have no voice now! Haha."
When asked about Stefanie's current situation, her manager assured that the singer is recovering well.
