Tinted glass issue: Transparent rates may fall 20 percent


Kuala Lumpur: Workshop of regulatory review of tinted vehicles is expected to end today resolves transparent reduce up to 20 percent of the current rate.

The side mirrors light transparent rate likely to be cut to 30 percent from 50 percent now, while the windscreen to just 50 percent from 70 percent now.

Although it is not confirmed yet, Deputy of Transport Minister, Datuk Abdul Aziz Kaprawi, said there will be good news as expected by consumers who want the rule to be reviewed because it is considered outdated.
