MAPEX 2014 offer real estate worth RM1.73 billion

A total of 4,223 units of properties valued at RM1.73 billion offered for sale during the three-day Malaysia Property Expo (MAPEX 2014) took place at a shopping center Mahkota Parade last weekend.

Vice Chairman of the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia (REHDA) Melaka, Datuk Ngoh King Hua, said all property is offered by 27 developers.

He said MAPEX offer extensive property portfolio of medium to high-end property starting from RM150, 000 to RM7.5 million.

He said this expo offers 64 residential projects in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Penang with 35 stalls.

"This is the perfect platform to meet developers, lenders and real estate experts. MAPEX 2014 helping home buyers makes one of the most important decisions in their lives, an investment property, "he said in Malacca recently.

In conjunction with the exhibition, visitors can get advice on investment properties through the interaction of the participating developers, financial institutions, government agencies and real estate experts who will share their knowledge.
